Today, I was serviced by Joy, a customer care specialist at EcoShield. Joy was extremely professional and polite regarding explaining the details of my EcoShield contract. She was able to clear up any confusion or misunderstandings that had been conveyed earlier. She helped me to gain clarity regarding the number of services required.
I have never used pest control before but glad I did. Michael showed up right on time very efficient easy spoken and went straight to work ridding my ant and spider ect. problems. Thank you for a awesome job!!!!
