Sold all sorts of promises on their treatments but when treatment actually occurred, the technician was here not even 5 minutes and did not spray beyond perimeter of the house which did absolutely nothing. They did not respond to my attempts to call for a "touch-up" until I called them to cancel their subscription service that they require, at which case they sent another technician to do the exact same thing with equivalent results. I should have known better than to sign on with a company that does door-to-door sales. I liked the idea of pest control using natural ingredients. Signed a one year contract. Service and pest control was okay at best. Called to cancel contract once fulfilled. Obviously, their customer service is in an Asian country. Called and canceled service after contract date. I was notified that a service was set up at my address with only a 24 hour notice and was asked to give a 24 hour notice if needed a different date. Ummm, you see the issue here. And, appointment notifications have been going out at 5 pm as they are closing so you can not get ahold of anyone. The next day, I can not get ahold of anyone in my local office to reschedule my appointment. This company continues to go down the tube with bad business practices and unethical scheduling. Eco-shield-DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!-After my completed service on 06/20/24, 30 minutes later, another company in my neighborhood knocked on my door. I said Ecoshield just left. He said that Eco-shields reputation is they only say they do the job, and then bill you. I was still mad at the eco-shield guy who had just left because he never gave me ant traps I had asked for.
