We had their regular pest service for years and it worked fine. Recently their service has turned to completely non-existent. We paid extra for Japanese beetle service. They came, claimed to have done stuff, all the beetles were still there. And they were still there a week later. I texted them, called their call center but could never talk to anyone local.
