Fox Pool Chicago by Ecoscape did an amazing job on the design and installation of our beautiful inground pool and surrounding pavers. We heartily endorse and recommend this firm for their extremely high quality work, attention to detail and value for the investment.
We had Ecoscape install a $75K inground pool. Ecoscape installed our poolcrete incorrectly. They don't have a hole saw and the worker was chiseling holes in our pavers for the railings. We made them rent the tool after seeing the terrible job they did. We have pavers falling off the edge of our patio. The polymeric sand was installed incorrectly and is coming out. They promised to return the following spring to do repairs. It's been 3 years and they refuse to return calls or emails.
Very hard working group, glad they are not hindered by American Sale anymore. They do it all perfectly.
Had these guys install my inground pool along with pavers and walls. They did a fantastic job! Everything was integrated so well it looks like it has been there forever. And I have to say every time I look out there it makes me smile. I highly recommended their services.
The company that built our house partially installed a retaining wall in our back yard. We needed to extend the wall to protect the deck that we were installing. Not only did Ecoscape quote about half of what the original landscaper did, they added a drainage system and matched the original stonework perfectly. I very rarely write positive reviews because I think good service should be expected. But this company takes expectations to a new level. The ABSOLUTELY only regret that I have is that I didn't find them sooner. This is a small husband and wife business and quality and service is number one. It's so rare these days to have someone exceed every expectation and at a very reasonable price. Bottom line: Ecoscape makes dreams attainable.
