Terrible company .government scheme for roof instalation .a joke .states on leaflet that if you are band a to e ,(im band b ]you qualify faulse statment because i have been told ,yes you qualify .yes you qualify ,.no you don't. Yes you do .no you don't. Wrong address. Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery .... And reason because I don't have an outside door on my inner porch .makes you laugh when the porch is already done privately by myself .so they don't even need to touch this part of roof .
Git my work done at the start off the year for roof insulation through the government scheme. Was meant to cost me nothing after 2 months off promis to finish the job I had to fork out over 500 pounds to get it finished😪also several call to move there ribosh which I have had to move from the woods infant off my house. I had my flat roof replaced. The install went fine, the workmen were friendly. However a few short months after the flashing on one side came off. I reported this immediately and despite numerous calls to report this, it still hasn't been repaired. I am promised call backs and never hear anything, meanwhile water is going in between the gap of the roof and my neighbours wall potentially damaging my insulation.

Left my house in an absolute shambles, my heater doesn't work and my bills were more expensive than last year. Don't buy into this crap it's counterproductive. Your bills do not go down!!! And your left to decorate your hole home again.
