Visited Ecosa 15th November 2025, the place was super busy (sale time) but Jade was so helpful and knowledgeable and saved me so much time despite being flat out. Thanks so much, it was a really positive shopping experience.
Hennie was really helpful with all the enquiries we had and took the time to let us try different options with add ons. The mattresses and pillows were really comfy with a great price and the store itself was calming and sensory friendly
The store is so sensory friendly to me, calm and easy to move in. Mattresses were comfiest ive tried. Hennie was so kinda and helpful to us and we really appreciate her guidance on choosing the right mattress. Definitely recommend!
Very proactive customer support team when contacted via email, mattress was easy to transport and show rooms staff were helpful
Staff ignored my wife & I. Luckily we didn’t buy one of their mattresses. After talking with mattresses specialists, I now understand why these internet brands aren’t the best mattresses. Cheap materials with cleaver marketing. Don’t believe the BS.
