We are very satisfied with Eco Pro Vent! We should have called them in year's before, but now we know that we will be using them again to keep our vents clean and in top-notch shape. Our tech, Marco was amazing, as well as Calicia in the office. Very satisfied and highly recommended! A+++++!
Extremely disappointing and felt very dishonest. I booked this company using a mailbox coupon advertising dryer vent cleaning for $129. Once they arrived, they removed the connector and then suddenly claimed they could not reinstall it. At that point, they told me I would need to pay $800 to cut into the wall and replace the connector. After a long discussion, we ended up paying $475 — already far above the advertised price.
