We were so happy with EcoPro. Ivan is fantastic. It was easy to make an appointment and he arrived right on time. He was friendly and did a great job on our white slipcovered sofa. It wasn't perfect, but he got almost all of the stains and grime out, including a pet urine spot on one of the pillows. His prices were super reasonable. I was actually surprised, and ended up giving him a little more because we were so pleased with the whole experience. Wonderful customer service, BUT the quality of the work is poor. Stains were not removed, areas still smelled, and I had to vacuum afterwards because the carpet was still dirty. You couldn't even tell that the carpet wss professionally cleaned.

Ivan was punctual and very professional. We had a sofa, loveseat, and two area rugs cleaned. Everything looks bright and nearly new again. Pricing was very competitive. I would not hesitate to use EcoPro again.
