The technicians Igor showed up promptly, they were friendly and professional. After assessing my 2 sofas they explained thoroughly what their process was and got to work. The sofas look brand new and I have 2 dogs. Also the products they used were very lightly scented not like other hard core chemicals used by other companies. I would highly reccommend them and use them In the future.
