Very happy with my Rinnai split system ... Outdoor unit and 4 unit heads all installed and cleaned up in 3 hrs. Had to contact head office for wifi set up with phone app...all good.. Gonna be a good summer. Well done boys .. compliance certificates received as well so all professional and legit :)
Really good service . Specially Slasha , was very responsive to the enquiry . She communicated with me at every stage of installation. Installers Sami ,Nam and Elvies From Air Tech Victoria working for eco origin were really helpful and great people to deal with . If you are looking to get the installation done at your place , please do ask eco origin team to send Air tech Victoria team to visit to complete the job 😃5 stars

Slow to respond to text messages, which is their preferred method of communication not mine. With that being the case, they should be more active on the texting as I have been waiting days for a reply. 🥱
