The staff were upfront on the price for aircon system. Shoutout to Tina and Sam for a quick turnaround (installed in less than 3days). Installation - very clean and professional. Heath and Jason knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend

Noel was great to deal with and helped me choose the right system, explaining everything clearly, especially with my 5 indoor-unit split system and all the extra work involved. I promised to give 5 stars so here goes :) ideally i would've given 5 stars after receiving the certificates! But the promise was for today :) Sean arranged the quotes and the costs very efficiently and professionally while John and his crew did an ace instalation. The location for the outdoor unit was changed as the prior inspector had failed to pick the optimal site. Only required minor adjustment to the cost. John and his team came today to install 5 units of air con for me. I am really impressed by their professionalism, friendliness , efficiency and high quality of work done. They arrived on time and did a good clean up at the end. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend John and the boys at Iplug- they get in and out and before you know it- the units are neatly installed. Rubbish is gone- it’s like they were never there. And suddenly you’re ready to welcome Melbournes four seasons!! Thanks heaps. Will be using John again for the other projects. Cheers!
