Very happy experience with the Eco Origin team, high quality service provided by their considerate staff Adhithiya and Insith was amazing!
Overall I am happy with Eco-origin customer service, price, and installment team. After installation (4 indoor unit and 1 outdoor units), the air-condition function quite well. However, two point I was a bit confuse. 1:when installation team arrive, they did not get full information from Eco-origin. Thus, they disagreed the previous location to settle the outdoor units but change to another place, they stated previous onsite quotation attended by a salesman but they were profession. These guys were amazing. They responded very quickly to our enquiry and were quick to assess everything. Then the installation was booked in fast and installers were very good and the whole process went very smoothly from start to finish, with no issues. They were also very good to deal with, their whole team Darsh, Insith and the installers were amazing and did really well on the work. Highly recommended and will use them for future work.
