This is the crap the medicine hat EconoShield puts in. Plus we have 2 windows that the seals are pushing in ward. Which is the result of the frost. Anything that this company is selling don't buy it. We ordered our windows and doors in the early spring, they can to put them in December a week before Christmas. Again I called them took pictures of the windows and doors sent it to them in March. It's July and it's still on order. This company is the worst people to deal with.

Spent close to 15000 on windows and they installed mdf trim around a bathroom window like wtf? Downstairs it wasnt discussed that the windows they were installing were without egress so incase of a fire theres no options. Also they said we would be eligible for the hat greener grant to find out they didnt do the part on there to secure the funding.so now i have to replace brand new windows because all they want is money and gone.

My mother in law had them replace a door and a large window but the employees and management would not replace the door after they chipped it or replace the window after it was also chipped. This was in Medicine Hat . Save yourself some grief and use a reputable company that they also quoted one price then charged a higher fee when invoiced. Extremely rude and should take people skill classes. Exactly the response expected from a manager that gets a bad review. Had a great experience with these guys. Once the window arrived, the installation was booked and the window was installed quickly and it looks amazing. My house is 118 years old and I wanted to preserve the inside and outside trim. I will definitely be calling them for the rest of my windows .
