Dropped my Rouge off to be repaired due to MAF sensor causing engine light to be on. Service advisor called and quoted $680 which was labour and parts plus tax which I advised to go ahead with the repair. Received my invoice and it was $873 plus tax. When I called to get some clarity she advised that she did not include diagnostic charges when she spoke with me. I purchased an extended warranty on my vehicle that I bought from Newmarket Nissan and when I call Lindsay to book an appointment they're extremely rude, unhelpful and basically tell me they'll charge me anyway. Great customer service guys! Yuck.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Brett and the service at Economy Wheels. My sunroof was having issues and he went above and beyond to fix it for me. Service has always been their number one priority. They have proven this to be true! Thank you, Brett and the staff!
