I can see why there are such bad reviews of this man online across multiple platforms. If I could give a negative star rating I would. This company improperly did the Title 24 on our project, only doing the calculations on the addition, not our home as a whole. Hector never returned the calls from myself and the draftsman who referred us to him. We paid him for services and he left us hanging with NO response. Hector Carbajal never will return your phone calls. Once he gets your money you will never hear from him again. Beware he requires you to PayPal friend and family so you have no recourse. He has no credentials for what he is selling you. Find someone who is accredited by CEA.
