Owner doesn’t like honest feedback, so much to the point where if you rate them one star, he will post a fake review on your marketplace profile to bring your ratings down as retaliation. He was selling a car via marketplace, and stopped responding. So I left a review stating exactly that. When I moved to this area almost 5 years ago I fell on hard times as both my jobs were touched by the pandemic and they helped me out when I didn't have much money to work with. I'm sure they shorted themselves a few times to give me a good deal and put a tire on my truck simply because I needed the tire, not to give me a deal. It's the only place I go to for tires.
The service is not good when you call for pricing for the tires someone answered the phone and the person can't give you the price because the owner is not there When you have a business you supposed to have a representative to serve any customer.....
