Took my old Ford station wagon to get a bi-annual emissions test required for registration. This individual brute forced the hood release and ripped the handle off the cable - which now makes t very hard to open the hood. He apologized, but said he was not responsible for the damage ? He proceeded to test the car, but revved the engine to extreme speeds [rpm] as to to try to damage it [by overheating] it ? it did not overheat, but it surely was a waste of fuel for those extra 25 mins. I took my 1991 GMC Sonoma pickup truck it get a routine maintenance/tuneup on 5/1/2018 it was not ready the same day so I picked it up on 5/2/2018. When I got to the business I paid for the services and went out to the truck to take it home, the hood was still open so I thought it was odd.
