I can't thank Economy Septic Service enough. Our septic pump completely locked up, causing our toilets to back up and creating a scary electrical surge that was dimming our household lights and tripping bathroom GFCIs. Mike was a lifesaver. He responded immediately on a Friday afternoon and arrived in under an hour. He safely handled the flooded chamber and swapped out the pump seamlessly. Truly phenomenal local customer service!
On the beginning everything was good. Especially price was great, service was good, but when we started using toilet, turns out something is wrong with shredder pump they installed, once it gets filled, it doesn't shred and pump. Had to plug power cord directly for few seconds so it can shred/pump. Contacted Mike, he explained that rarely, but happens, floating ball gets stuck and have to be adjusted. He promised to comeback and adjust it, as well as to bring a sensor that he forgot to leave when he installed the system. It'... read more
