I received excellent customer service today at Economy RV! It was my first visit and I was greeted very warmly. I was directed to check in with Vicki and she was great! I was early for my appointment but she took me right away. Vicki handed me over to Vic who immediately checked out my problem/complaint, diagnosed the problem, and solved it within a few minutes! I had a more than great experience with Economy RVs last week. It was as if I bought something from a friend. They bought our old rv and we bought a new one. They had it set up and clean, Vic was great, he went over the entire camper with me thoroughly, James was my salesman and was excellent to work with, actually had knowledge about RVs, and even gave my daughter the teddy bear that was staged in the camper, some places have salesman that don't have a clue.
