Finally getting around to my review after a great week in our mew camper. Economy RV was amazing for us this past week and showed great customer service and caring towards their customer, we had an issue with our old camper that was semi of emergency in nature and called the shop and were told to immediately get there, and were helped in getting it resolved that night. Economy RVS’ serviced my 2019 Newmar 3911 accessible RV (Class A) and we are very pleased with the results. Our service included spring check up, roof repairs, television teleport repair, full wheelchair locking system installation, AC diagnosis, window/hatch latch removal and installation, water tank replacement, and a few other needed fixes. We can travel with peace of mind because of the great team at Economy RVS. Eric, Brooke, Mike, and Vickie are masters of their craft and RV superstars!
I had 2 very minor issues with my 5th wheel. I called economy RV on a Thursday, and the very next day(Friday) there was a RV technician at my door. He (Vic) fixed my issues, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience and amazing customer service. Will not hesitate to call again for service. Thanks Vic and Economy RV
My 12v inverter had blown. I called around for mobile service and they were one of the only ones to respond. I told them I was leaving to go camping on Friday. Eric their service manager talked me through possible fixes but in the end he sent someone out the next day. Their repair technician spend an hour to replace the inverter and it now works like a charm. I would recommend their service department and sales to anyone looking for a good dealer.
