Troy and Larry are two of the best RV repair people we have ever dealt with. Troy will help you over the phone with any questions. In May 2026, we had a 34' Tiffin that the stairs stopped working and we were about to go on a long trip. We called Troy, and they were able to fit us in. Troy also noticed that we had some problems with our batteries because, we will admit, that we neglected them. Larry replaced the steps motor and wiring. He also replaced and rewired our batteries. We had an accident with our RV, and the awning was damaged. It was hanging dangerously, and since we had to drive to Los Angeles the same day, we needed to remove it to travel safely on the highway. We drove to this workshop, even though they were only open for another 30 minutes, and Larry immediately came to our rescue. Within just 30 minutes, Larry removed the awning and sealed everything with silicone to prevent rusting. He really saved us from a tricky situation.
