I have a very old boiler (likely 45 years), which was experiencing an array of issues. A different company took a look and provided a pricey quote to get it up to par, but was more so encouraging a total boiler replacement at $20K+. Brian was recommended by a local realtor/rental property owner and so he took a look as well. Brian was recommend to me by a coworker, and I've used him to help diagnose and repair a few different HVAC and water heater issues (at work and home) over the last 10ish years. He will quickly diagnose the issue, and do what he can to repair parts, rather than just recommend new systems. The most surprising part of every interaction is when he gives the invoice. I should probably start tipping, it's that much less than you'd think it would be.
Brian is a gem. We’re renovating a kitchen and he has been so helpful and responsive in our planning. We have a ancient furnace and his great work has kept it working beautifully.
Finally an HVAC repair service that only repairs what is needed and doesn't automatically assume that if units are more than 5 years old that a total new system is recommended. Brian may be the last honest repair man out there.
The only HVAC service we use for any of our properties! He is one of our most valued vendors, and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!
