Economy rentals has great staff and excellent equipment. I recently rented from them and was super happy that they had new equipment and very knowledgable staff at a very fair price. I would definitely rent from them again

Total ripoff. Dropped of my hammer drill and asked if they could check it out and provide a quote to fix as well as repair. Was told they'd get back to me. 2 weeks go by and no contact, so I called. Told by the other tenant (TWT) they would get the repair guy to call back. 3 days later, no contact. This happened 3 times over the next 2 weeks with the same results. Dropped by 2 times thereafter to be told the repair guy was unavailable. 7 weeks after all the run around, dropped in and cornered the guy. Told me he didn't know ... read more
