Never rent from here!!!! Booked through Hotwire and verified on their site they have a shuttle, which in fact they do not. They tell you to use the Hilton hotel shuttle and their rep Gabby mentioned it cost them money to get their own, so you’ll have to wait for Hilton shuttle to run, which is every hour. Gabby was very rude and unprofessional. She stated information on 3rd party sites was not their problem, however I found the same info on their website. DONT RENT from ECONOMY. Worst car rental company. I rent cars all the time with no issues. This company needs to conduct some "user-centered design" (look it up Economy-- best companies apply this method) and change their business practices. Way too restrictive and ask for too many unreasonable requests (charge limited miles for local use). I walked out because they changed their terms on me. I will never rent from here again.
