My experience with this rental location was very disappointing. My flight landed earlier than expected, and I went straight to pick up my car. Unfortunately, there was only one employee working, and the process took a very long time. Even though I arrived earlier, three more customers showed up right after me, which added to the delay. Just don't, the worst car rental experience of my life. First of all, the wait was way too long, I get it they're understaffed but literally waited for 45 minutes to an hour before getting anyone to help. The Nissan Altima we got was trashed and had probably been in a wreck. The brakes were shot, they made so much noise, they blamed us that we had the emergency brakes on. Great place to pick up a car and save lot's of money. Down side you have to take a 5 min ride to pick up your rental but you save money. They get a 85% recommended. One of the best places Oahu.
I strongly advise you to avoid this place. Even if you've already prepaid some money, it's better to take the loss and discontinue the service. This establishment operates like a glorified used car lot that rents out vehicles. Most of the cars are in poor condition, and there is a complete lack of customer service, along with policies that are consistently unfavorable to the consumer.
They deserve ZERO stars!!! The WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL representatives both in their call center and their Honolulu office!!! They cursed on the phone and in person, sat there eating and having personal, unprofessional conversations in the presence of customers, and the skinny girl with the short hair and tattoos had liquor on her breath!! This place is a SCAM!! Prices are low for a reason!! You get what you pay for!! NEVER AGAIN!! Rent a car from the airport, not from here!!
