I tryed call to cancel my rent-a-car. They just hung up on me.
Horrible. POST YOUR BUSINESS HOURS. I arrived after 5 they were closed, meaning I was without car I paid for. Location is not convenient. Need to take 2 shuttles to get to actual location, which isn’t mentioned until booked. Worst experience I’ve ever had with rental company.
Beware. They have a lot of strange rules with their rentals. You can't use commercial insurance, so if it's a business trip, don't bother. I rented a car from them in Florida and you have to stay in the same state. Not sure if that's the case here or not. Very inconvenient to get there too.
While the employees are very courteous and friendly, the company policy just sucks. First you need call to get picked up 20 minutes later, then you find out last minute that you need your own insurance to rent from, it was a waste of time.
