Do NOT rent here. I rented a car several days ago, came in, and the “gentleman” behind the counter insisted I had no record. I quite literally had the itinerary number and receipt in hand. This gentleman also said he wouldn’t lease to Canada - contradicting what I’d been told via repeatedly days prior. From the get go, he was incredibly hostile and dismissive, insisting that I had no recourse, that he “had no idea” what the number ON THE WEBPAGE was, and that he “couldn’t help me”. Condescending and incredibly rude and unhelpful, “gentleman” wouldn’t be the correct word for the owner. Left with no car, no help, no number to call, friend is out $500. Also would avoid in general if you are a woman or person of color as he was very misogynistic to us as two young women, as well as threatened to call the cops on a black woman because she smacked her hand on the counter as she asked for a moment as we were both shaking and on the verge of tears. Zero stars, do not use this company, customer service very lacking. Had to make several calls over two days to cancel a reservation. Still waiting for my refund, plus I'm being charged a $75 cancelation fee.
Wonderful service was picked up from the Airport 5 min after arrival. They helped load my luggage into the pick up van which was very clean had AC provided cold water. Drivers were very nice and courteous. Check in at desk took 10min. Vehicle was ready. Hopped right in and started my vacay! Return was easy pulled up to return lane which takes you right inside got out and jumped in the van that took us back to the Airport which was a 10 min ride. The worst car rental ever in my 40 years of renting cars! Hidden fees not disclosed on Expedia. Would not give us the car unless we took their $30 day liability insurance and $15 day toll pass. Neither were needed! Older vehicles and indifferent employees. Do not use this company!
