Avoid this company. At Lax airport they refused to accept personal insurance and insurance sold by expedia. All other rental companies accept these insurances. They just want to make extra money by selling their own insurance. I should have checked bad reviews before booking.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! They posted a weekly rate that's much lower than any other company so they show up first on Priceline. When we got to the counter after having to take a shuttle (they are the only off-site company in Honolulu airport) we were told there's a mandatory insurance premium. We said we always use our own insurance and showed them the insurance card. They wanted to see the actual insurance policy !!! We're on vacation so who would carry the policy with them? Worst customer service, I would give them 0 if I could!
Economy rental cars is a con operation run by fraudulent con-artists who scam you with excessive insurance cost and con-level service. My experience at LAX was abhorrent. Do NEVER rent your car from this lower than life business.
This is the biggest Fraud company. DO NOT MAKE BOOKINGS FROM THIS COMPANY. They denied me my car and never returned my deposit back which is more 1000 $. It was an error from their team and I had to suffer.
