Horrible work, zero pride in customer service! They will do work without informing you. They will make you wait weeks to even look at your vehicle. If you wait there they will make you wait till the end of the day to even start working on your vehicle.The owner James is verbally abusive to the customers. The 2 assistants do not take notes or write anything down nor do they take pride in there work or hygiene for that matter. The mechanic's even stated the owner has them do shady stuff! Do what they say there going to do. They had my boat for over a week. I asked them not to leave it out they did and it rained. When i asked james about it he rudely said pick it up he did not want to be responsible for it. It set for a week with no work being done. This used to be a great shop now its a crap shop.
