Horrible customer service. When we first starting doing business with them, they didn't want you to notify them about filling your tank until it was between 18%-20%. Called last Monday, tank was around 15% (it was 18% on Saturday). As of last Friday, nothing. Called again to let them know that we were at 5%. As of this past Monday, called again. Told we were supposed to call when we were between 25%-30%, they will try and get to us in the next couple of days. Today our tank is empty! They change the rules to fit their agenda... read more
I have ordered gas several times at least two weeks in advance and have they have not delivered in a timely manner I have run out of gas when the temperature was in the teens. When I called they really didn't care. Told me they have a lots of people calling needing gas and they would get to me when they could. In the meantime I have children and we are living in a house with no heat. How is that for service. They should be reported to the BB.
Poor communication skills - not a happy customer
The Auburn, Kentucky office has a definite lack of communication and organization. Won't answer their phone and won't stand by the prices quoted to their customers. Called office in Paducah and never got a call back. We have been a long time customer. Last year (2013) was even worse than 2014.It's not worth the hassle. Totally dissatisfied in Ky.
This company will not humanly answer the phone answer machine only.... when you leave message no call back you don't even know if you message got through no confirmation number,nothing.... Five days gone by still no gas.
I've done business with this company for the past two years. They have best best prices I have been able to find and since they have a new office personel the service has been wonderful! I would recomend this company to any one.
