We have an issue with our shower only flowing hot water or cold water. We called Economy plumbing and the person we spoke to immediately understood what the issue was and asked for the brand of our shower system. He suggested to call Robinson first to see if we could get a new water mixing cartridge since Riobel has lifetime warranty. He said to call back if we have issues installing. I contacted Brant earlier in the day and told him what was going on with my downstairs bathroom being a clogged toilet. I've tried everything to get the toilet unclogged and just wouldn't. Brant had a technician help me over the phone named John (exceptional service) I yet was able to solve the problem and John told us he would help us.
