I contacted Economy Plumbing Services this month about a faulty basement main shut-off valve that’s supposed to stop the water supply to the entire house. Brant replied right away with clear instructions and scheduled a time for the repair. He arrived promptly after the City had shut off the water outside and replaced the valve in under an hour.
