Had this ups store package two glass lamps for me. I had to pay a very high postage. $582.26 . Ripped off!. I clarified with them that the lamps were in good condition. When I received them they were both cracked . When they wrapped them ,they left the chain and mount lying directly on the glass, also left the globe unwrapped inside.
