Horrible – Well, I had the exact opposite experience. They were rude, inflexible and ultimately extremely unprofessional. I live in a condominium and needed the chairs and tables delivered to the clubhouse, which they said, and I quote, "we don't do that, we are not a freight company." After requesting a one hour call ahead; they called when they got to the building. I sent someone to receive it, since they would not carry them to the clubhouse, and they were not willing to wait.
