Been using these guys for years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, the service and reliability is always good, friendly and prompt
The management of the service and repair shop is terrible. They don’t call you back and can’t organise anyone to come and look at a mower . Used to be good and we always used them but it has gone downhill in the last couple of years. I don’t blame the employees , it’s the management that needs improvement.
Highly recommend! After discovering a flat on my ride-on, I called these guys to see if they had a replacement. Not only did they have what I needed, but they went above and beyond to get it sorted for me on the spot, even though it was late in the afternoon. I really appreciate them going out of their way to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency. Fantastic service!
