Our room was nice, but the facility itself was run down, our bathroom had a smell to it and we were unable to get a refund despite their refund policy being that the cancelation fee is only one nights pay. We had to evacuate due to a level 3 fire threat, and were unable to stay even a full night. When I called to enquire when our refund for the second night would be sent, I was told that we had to cancel 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund, when it says nothing about that on their website, nor on booking.com.
