They have several signs posted as “NO PETS” we arrived with a task trained service dog for cardiac alert and mobility and were denied access. They requested “paperwork” and “identification” for the dog which I explained there is none and pulled up the ADA laws. They continued to argue and be sarcastic stating if I have a government issued ID then the service dog should too.. we were DENIED a room. Horrible customer service and will be filing a complaint with Attorney Generals office
On line says pet friendly... pull up and big sign says NO PETS
It says this is a 2-star hotel, however it should be a 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as It’s very dirty inside the rooms, the beds sheets are dirty and so is everything else. They even charge you extra if you need extra toilet paper, extra towels as well as other amenities you may need. The lady working there literally yelled at my friend staying there and made them take their own trash out when they left. I thought it was their job to clean up the room after someone leaves?
