I booked online a king smoking room originally given a king non smoking room that the sliding glass door did not work then moved to a smoking room with a full bed then they said they didn't have anything else, mind you I booked multiple days ahead and now the tv doesn't work so irritated so I will sit here and stair at the freaking wall
