Don't NOT purchase a home from this company. Unless you make sure everything they say they will do is actually done before closing. I purchased a home 3/28/19 and I'm still dealing with a court case from suing them. They short hand their rehabs of homes and the guys he has working are not your rehab kinda of guys.
