I reached out to Economy to perform some annual maintenance on the furnace in our 6 year old home as they were the original installers through Coventry Homes. Our service tech Ed was extremely professional, on time, friendly, and did an outstanding job. I would definitely use them again.
We reached out to this company because they installed our HRV system so the warranty was through them. Told us they will order the part get back to us. Well they never did, they just disappeared on us after trying to reach them for 2 months we reached out to another company they came out on the next day and got the issue resolved. Economy heating has terrible costumer service there is no way to reach them, don't waste your time with them.
Sent in the contact form, Kevin called me 2 hours later. Helped me fix the problem with the thermostat over the phone! Great service !
