They sold me a washer that was broke...I called within two days to ask them to come look at it they assured me my floor in the basement was unleveled and told me if they exchanged it that the next washer would do the same thing (they were too lazy to actually carry it out I believe)...however the springs were broke and it actually is leveled...I told them from day one I was excited bc it was My first washer and they took advantage of that!!!
