I have been using Economy Drug for years for my compound drugs with no problems until this summer. They have changed how you pay, refill, request,...making this not a easy process. They have used my wrong debit card several times, delayed refills because they didn't have a pharmacist available, or for who knows what reason. I even paid extra money to ship my medication overnight and still it was delayed. How they respond is with excuses. I am asking my provider to find another pharmacy.
I ordered a compound vile and it was sent to me. It has to be packed in ice and shipped. I didn’t get a tracking number when it was shipped, confirmation of delivery or anything and they said it’s my fault for not checking my mail. Like I’m suppose to just sit there and wait? Then it was my fault that they didn’t have an email for me but they sent me a receipt for the purchase. If I didn’t call, it would still be down at the end of my driveway. $100 down the drain.
