Please upgrade the tv in the lobby
First of all D' Andra Williams-Ruiz is not a good dentist. She does not allow the kids parents to come to the back with them. Secondly, she sends in her assistants to bully the parents into signing paperwork they don't understand. Thirdly, she has her assistants lie to parents about the treatment so that she can over bill their insurance. This is crazy and the Health Department should know about this. Do not trust these people with your children, they are only out to make extra cash.
To be honest I didn't expect the dentist and dentist asst to have handled my 7 yr so professionally.. they are brilliant, the front staff are funny respectful and always on point ,they engage and conversate with my son and explain to him what's going on Anyways all good news all the time !!! Great choice of office especially only being here 5 times...
They are super friendly, professional, & welcoming, they were really patient with my 3 year old .
