Hi All. Purchased a 2015 Hilux from Matthew @ Economy Cars Burnie today. I can't comment on the car itself as i've just purchased it, so my review is based on the sale process and not the vehicle itself. In my experience, Matt isn't your typical dealer with a crooked smile and gold tooth, he seems like a genuine bloke whos trying to make a living by selling cars. Salesman was Matthew. Very friendly and polite but not pushy. Showed us a few cars before we settled on one. Really easy purchase and sold at the right price. Would recommend.

Bought a car and after a couple HUNDRED ks the rear wheel lug nuts had rattled loose and snapped a stud, after taking a closer look at it this morning, several have come loose again after I've tightened them and snapped 3 more studs. It would appear that the nuts are bottoming out on the studs and not the wheel because they are too long. Not only that, but I really love the use of silicon everywhere and my brush paint grill and rims. This has put me in a nasty situation now and I'm bloody lucky that my whee... read more
