Fraud guys charged extra for snow tire . Do u guys think car works without tires ? Also, one of the worst customer service, don’t rent a car from these guys. They charged your card after getting paid from insurance also.

Lesson learned: the cheaper option turns out more expensive The experience with Economy car & Truck rental was very disappointing. We arrived at Toronto airport at the scheduled time to pick up the vehicle, as indicated on the confirmation voucher. Following their guidelines, we used the courtesy phone and spoke to the office, who informed us that the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. They’re fraud. All the negative reviews are true. Their Goal is to trick you and make you pay a deposit that they’ll somehow not refund by saying dirty car/scratch/your refund will come soon/we don’t have equivalent car, you can cancel and refund will come.

Don't go there, you will suffer a lot. They will give you the worst car and still they will charge you without explanations. Don't go there! I warn you; they don't deserve your hard earned money. They deserve a Zero star.

NOT recommended. I was charged for prepaid 407 charges that I agreed to. Then after the rental was completed I was charged again and then again. Was charged in total $80 for two local trips on the 407. This company will not help me on the phone or email. STAY CLEAR!!!
