I have been a satisfied customer since Economy Car Care first opened for business. They have always been honest at a fair price. I trust them to keep my family safe in reliable vehicles. That trust includes recommendations made by the service technicians and clearly explained by the service manger. I recommend Economy to anyone.

Always helpful, friendly, and honest. Great place to keep your car running smoothly! Got both of our cars in for routine maintenance and did an excellent job. We’ve been going for years and always feel comfortable taking their advice as they are honest about what needs to be done.

I had a really disappointing experience at Economy Car Center in Valley Park. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning for a quick inspection, but by 2 p.m., it still wasn’t done. When I called, the employee was rude, dismissive, and said it would take until Monday. He then hung up the phone on me. No apologies, just terrible customer service. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend them.

Servicio extremadamente poco profesional. El representante fue grosero, no ayudó y no tenía interés en resolver el problema. En lugar de ayudar, colgó el teléfono durante la llamada. Este es un servicio al cliente inaceptable. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie.
