Had a great experience with Max. Drove all the way from Emporia… so worth it! He kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure I knew what was going on with my car every step of the way. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Max was honest, communicative, and easy to work with. He completed the work quickly and without any complications. I brought my SUV in after noticing a heavy vibration whenever I hit speeds above 50 mph. They started with a road test and then checked tire balance, suspension, and wheel alignment. The issue turned out to be worn suspension bushings combined with slightly unbalanced front tires. The mechanic showed me the worn parts on the lift which helped me understand what was happening.
