Frankie was extremely kind to me and my mother when she had an automobile accident. Her car was towed to Economy. He communicated with me multiple times regarding the damage and insurance issues etc. He was honest and forthcoming with us and let us know that in his opinion the car was a total loss. He was correct. He didn't put pressure on us to have the car moved out of his way. My mother and I are both appreciative to him for his patience and kindness to us in a stressful situation.
Back in 2023 I brought my vehicle in for repairs after an accident with AAA insurance and they didn't even complete my repairs, took the over 4 months to complete half of the repairs. Then when I get my vehicle back I have new service lights when the vehicle didnt even have any when it was damaged initially. New dings to all my fenders with what looks to be a screwdriver.
