I had an amazing experience with this Florida Toyota Rental! The booking process was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the Toyota car I rented was clean, reliable, and fuel-efficient. If you want an honest assessment of this business, which I strongly advise you to avoid, read the reviews on Yelp, not the happy talk reviews presented here. I have never been asked to provide written proof of liablity insurance in all the decades I've been renting cars. But I was asked for that here. Was charged $150 extra on our credit card because the car was normal dirty. It had just poured and there was sand in the car because we were in Miami. The contract states they can charge a fee if the car is excessively dirty. It was not. They did not send a receipt to inform us of the additional charge either, we discovered it on our credit card statement.
