How are you going to hire people who don't know how to use a chair stair or move a stretcher up 6 steps ? My father was having a medical crisis and they made him walk up the stairs. Then they couldn't get out of the alleyway for 10 minutes. When he got to the hospital is body temp was 92 degrees. What kind of people do you hire? Are they incompetent, lazy, or both? They are not properly trained and it shows. I would run away from this company.
Past Tuesday August 25th , 2 EMT men came to my house. I fell and had a very painful broken arm. Both were professional in helping me. Jeremy, think his name, was superior in his care for me, careful, attentive, kind. Another EMT walked past my room in ER, stopped to ask if I needed something. I was very cold needed blankets. He was so kind, thoughtful, don't know where he was from, he was also very special. Act of Kindness is never forgotten. Thank you !
