A huge thank you to the two, young female paramedics who came to our rescue on Sunday, January 25th! (The day of the huge snow storm.) My husband fell and needed to go to the ED. They arrived in 11 minutes and could not have been any more professional, polite and courteous. My husband and I thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. These two ladies were absolute angels! angels!
How are you going to hire people who don't know how to use a chair stair or move a stretcher up 6 steps ? My father was having a medical crisis and they made him walk up the stairs. Then they couldn't get out of the alleyway for 10 minutes. When he got to the hospital is body temp was 92 degrees. What kind of people do you hire? Are they incompetent, lazy, or both? They are not properly trained and it shows. I would run away from this company.
