DO NOT USE... CALLED FOR MY MOM'S REFRIGERATOR. WHEN THEY COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG THEY CALLED MY MOM NAMES LIKE RETARD..AND MUCH WORSE. THEY EVEN KICKED HER REFRIGERATOR. SAID WE DO NOT NEED TO HELP THE DISABLED...STAY AWAY

Called for a quote. Overpriced and when I asked why they were so much more (first quoted $185, then later $125) just for a service call to provide a quote I was astonished to hear the gentleman reply " its the repair season and that's our cost, and there are bigger fish to fry willing to pay that". Seriously?!?! I would be out of business if I spoke to my customers like that . With that mentality I would hate to see the service they offer, so our company is moving on.
