The claim adjuster assigned to my case wasn't very good. They didn't return emails, return phone calls or have the correct information. I was told that a rental car was booked for me, but when I got to Enterprise, they didn't have a reservation from you guys. I had to do everything myself!
These people are very unprofessional.we made arrangements for an address, change, and where the payments were supposed to be taken out of a bank account but instead they cancelled our policy, then proceeded to take money off a credit card that was not authorized when called for them to explain this they basically told us they would not give me the credit card money back so economical insurance you are the worst. I would never deal with you again.
This was my first claim after being a patron of this company for years and I was very satisfied with the sensitivity given and the final outcome.
Now Definity insurance and now TERRIBLE! Took weeks to reply to my claim. No one called me back. I had to call. Was left with a broken into vehicle for weeks before repairs approved. Then in a rental for 6 weeks because of their terrible customer service and no replies. Had to pay TWO deductibles because vandalism and theft from the same incident aren’t covered.
