This is the worst company ever. If you're looking for a good broker, go to big.ca and ask ask for Ismail. He will help you in a way that you cannot imagine. I can call my broker any time of the day he'll answer. These people they don't get back to you for a month. I would never recommend them. They're looking to gouge people. After 3 years of a major driving offence on my husbands record, we cancelled with economical to move to a significantly better rate. After this, economical still charged us the close to $1000 monthly rate, and has taken weeks to give us any information and are holding our money. I am furious at this outcome and would never recommend a company that essentially robs you of your money, and isn’t even willing to expedite the issue.
