WORST INSURANCE COMPANY! Zero urgency, no communication and it is a MISSION to reach anyone as you will see in the incident below..I have been with them for years insuring all properties and cars. From last month tarun shorie not attending my calls and today he close the claim with any reason and push on uber very bad experience
The worst experience, doesn’t even deserve one star. My truck required two weeks worth of body work, the adjuster and economical insurance ghosted the body shop when the estimate was submitted causing me and my family to be without a vehicle for 6 weeks. I requested the road insurance be removed and was told that was fraud when they knew I was without a vehicle and paid the insurance for the month I didn’t have it.
