Had my car brought in for repairs during the Christmas season, I was able to get a hold of Tolu Sobande Claims Rep at Definity Economical who as amazing. His customer service and empathy to my concerns were dealt with right away. I will definitely be telling others of my experience.
I can confirm adjustors/claim reps never answer messages or calls. I am literally paid to reach them for our clients and I cannot get through to them. I called this adjustor no short of 20 times, I got voice-mail each and every time. Not only do their employees seem incapable of hearing calls, they don't seem to be able to read their own attachments either. I would stay away from this insurance provider if possible. The claims reps are never around and never answer emails/calls.
Worst place to get your insurance!!! I’ve been driving for over 31 years in different cities and provinces and economical/family insurance is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my 31plus years of driving! I was a loyal customer and have always paid my policy but until my most recent claim that I wasn’t fault at and how this company handled my claim doesn’t represent it’s customer’s best interests but it only cares about how to save money by short ending its customers!!!
