After cancelling my policy I was charged two times $500 dollars for my policy on my account. Each time that bounced I was charged $40 by the bank. This totals $80. The economical representative said they can't do anything to stop my bank from charging me despite economical asking for the money from my bank despite my policy being cancelled. This is pure laziness on the part of economical who could have easily called my bank to let them know my policy has been cancelled. If you want a Insurance company that’s only there for themselves says their insurance company that works for you know they work that’s a lie Change policies with out Informing customers I won’t even try to help you all around a bad company to deal with I will be taking my business elsewhere
Beyond incompetent. I submitted a claim more than a month ago for in house water damage. Assessor was sent out within hours, then the claim got assigned to an adjuster who left the company the week before. Took me over a week to get it reassigned. Still waiting for that adjuster to get back to me with any actual information. Their front line staff are like a brick wall - they tell you they're escalating, but nothing happens.
They don’t pick up. Haven’t resolved my claim since March. Switched my agent and still issues.
